We are very happy to announce that the Prix d’Excellence from the Société des Ecrivains francophones d’Amérique has been awarded to Pierre Ouellet for his novel L’état sauvage (tied with Paul Serge Forest for Tout est ori)!

This prize is awarded each year to a Canadian author for the quality of their work written in French.

In L’état sauvage, Pierre Ouellet uses the passion of words, images and rhythm to show us the continuous source of inspiration that is adolescence.
