Taste Canada Awards — Les Lauréats des Saveurs du Canada has revealed the finalists for its annual competition, which recognizes the best cookbooks from across the country. Le goût de la bière fermière – De la tradition à l’innovation locale et écoresponsable by Martin Thibault was shortlisted by the jury for the French-language “Narrations culinaires” category.

The winning books in each category will be unveiled on October 25, 2020. Every year since 1998, the contest has recognized and celebrated the excellence and creativity of Canadian cookbooks in both English and French.
