Druide Raises $69,000 for the Fondation Paul Gérin-Lajoie

On June 3, Druide informatique and its subsidiary, Éditions Druide, held their fourteenth annual golf classic to benefit the Fondation Paul Gérin-Lajoie. The event raised $69,000, bringing the total contributions to the foundation since the Druide Classic’s inception to $706,000.
The money collected this year will go toward supporting the foundation’s school canteen programs in Benin. These canteens provide hot, balanced meals throughout the academic year to students in need at four elementary schools. The whole community reaps the benefits: the programs have created about 20 jobs and source local food from another project promoting small-scale farming and community gardening.
The Classic concluded with a delightful dinner showcasing Juno Technologies, a women’s health medtech company and winner of the 2025 Druide Grand Prize for Business Creation. Cofounder Lynn Doughane introduced the 150 or so guests to the discreet, wearable device for quick and lasting menstrual pain relief with which Juno intends to revolutionize millions of women’s lives.
Druide thanks everyone who contributed to the event’s success this year and is pleased to announce that the fifteenth Druide Classic will be held June 2, 2026, at Club de golf Saint-Raphaël in Île-Bizard.
