Jean-François Beauchemin Receives the Claude-Henri Grignon Prize

On October 17, the Association des auteurs des Laurentides (AAL) awarded the Claude-Henri Grignon Prize to Jean-François Beauchemin for his body of work and his contribution to national literature.

The Claude-Henri Grignon Prize, a prize created this year, aims to recognize an author’s contribution to Quebecois literature. It was named in honour of Claude-Henri Grignon, the author of Un homme et son péché.

A prolific author, Jean-François Beauchemin has published twenty-five works to date (novels, stories, short stories, poetry), all of which were well received. La source et le roseau is his first work published by Druide.
